The third and final part of this up close and personal view of one man's journey through heart disease and getting ready for surgery. Now it is time to get down to it. David Smith, age 55 of Yorkshire, UK takes us through arriving at the hospital, drifting to sleep - waking up from surgery, and the start of recovery in hospital and then at home.
