Pearl Jam fans are converedg in cities across the globe on March 25- 27th 2011 to reconnect with each other and do some fund-raising in honor of the master, Mike McCready! The beneficiary for this amazing global event is Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness. Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc. is the only advocacy organization in the United States that provides free information, advice and advocacy services to patients with chronic illnesses in all areas of need including health and disability insurance, Social Security disability, employment discrimination, school-based accommodations, resource location, and more. Advocacy's Executive Director, Jennifer Jaff, has traveled from Seattle to New York, Los Angeles to Chicago, Atlanta to Washington, DC teaching patients and health care providers to be better advocates. Advocacy for Patients is thrilled to celebrate this milestone with the Wishlist Foundation.
