Update to the GOOD for responses/comments on last two MMN blogs AND coming your way -  a little something extra to consider.  I am in draft/edit mode.  My methods may seem mad, but indeed, there IS a method.  It works.  Communication lines open to solve complaint issue in a positive manner.  Someone heard me!  Top companies with good intent DO listen.  Sometimes you have to make yourself seen.

Sari Says life rule:  If you are going to complain about a life issue, then become part of the solution you are complaining about.  Speak to what you know about, how it effects you - and then - how you can be a part of the solution to get your needs met.

KAIZEN business model rule:  Don't do bad work, don't pass bad work on.
